Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached inside the original shipping box or a secure alternative.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
