Sodalite is a rich royal blue mineral widely enjoyed as an ornamental stone. It is made up of sodium, aluminium, and silicate. 

Tumblestones are created by tumbling and polishing rough crystal pebbles to reveal their natural colour and beauty. This finish gives the stones a lovely soft feel which makes them perfect for meditation, display or simply is a nice object to hold in the hand.

Sodalite was discovered in the Ilimaussaq intrusive complex – a large alkalic layered intrusion - on the southwest coast of Greenland in 1811.
