Pre-rain Long Jing is back. The 2025 batch is delicious. There are those well known nutty notes, but also notes of roasting sweet potato and candy floss. This tea is known as 'pre-rain' because it was harvested before the 'grain rain' which happens around the 20th of April every year. Long Jing is prepared through a process of pan pressing by hand, by tea masters in Hangzhou.
