Select your variety:

  • Green Delicacy: The classic choice for the earliest harvest. It produces pale, lime-green bulbs with a delicate, melting texture. Excellent for early spring sowings.

  • Purple Delicacy: A stunning addition to the garden with vibrant, deep-purple skin. It is slightly slower to mature than the green variety but offers superior hardiness and a striking visual contrast on the plate.
