This tie pin has been made using a Half Crown. The design shows the Royal Coat of Arms shield

The shield has been hand cut from the centre of the Half Crown and has then had the pin silver soldered directly onto the back, this ensures that they do not break apart. The coin is then polished and plated. The details are hand enamelled and finally encased with a clear resin.

The tie pin is presented in a stylish box with a certificate of authenticity.
